  • About Me As A Coach

Hello! My name is Mandy, and I am looking forward to working with you!

I graduated from Concord University with a Regent’s degree with an emphasis in psychology and social work. I studied Professional Writing at Liberty University. I have not graduated yet, but I worked on dialectical behavior therapy, the four agreements, and journal writing for people who have experienced narcissistic abuse for my thesis. Also, I was a McNair scholar at Concord University and did my graduate research project on perception of sexual abuse victims based on their gender roles. Additionally, I have interned at Covenant House’s homelessness programs and as a caseworker for their HIV/AID program as well as coordinating a smoking cessation program through the American Lung Association. I have also experienced narcissistic abuse from a parent and while dating. I was also physically, sexually, and emotionally abused. I have dealt with the depression and anxiety that come with abuse. I know I was lacking in basic regulation and emotional skills that I needed to thrive and love myself, so I understand what it is like to need a life coach. Sometimes you just need someone to help you navigate the day to day functioning until you can learn to do it yourself. You're not abnormal and you're not alone. You just need a life coach.

  • Pricing

Sessions are $75 a week. You can book as many or as few sessions as you'd like, however, if you book a weekly session, you'll get my introductory offer. The week you book a session, you will have an hour long coaching session and one free coaching phone call a day for 30 minutes. Coaching calls are an opportunity to have someone go through a stressful event (unless I'm in a session I will try to call you back within 15 minutes) or some aspect of their day with a supportive person. This is a program introduction offer, so please take advantage of it. There's no catch, but I'd love to have an honest review of the coaching so I can help more people.
